This is my favorite Chamomile tea blend! The lemongrass and lemon verbena adds a brightness to the tea while the chamomile is very calming. The spearmint is just what this blend needs to balance the floral and citrus notes. I highly recommend this tea blend for those who are looking for a new herbal tea blend to calm the mind.
