Just like drinking the essential oils from a humidifier. I thought essential oils was the first ingredient, turns out it's the last, but still... come on. It tastes exactly like it smells. Yuck.
A warm and relaxing tea perfect for a moment to wind down from the day.
This stuff is effective in bringing sleep on for me-there are evenings when I nod off in my easy chair before getting to the bed. An acquired taste, perhaps, but I now embrace it
Not a tea I drink for pleasure but it works well for relaxation and it's much better than other valerian teas I've tried (no "stinky socks" smell in my tea chest!)
This tea smells like the perfume my grandmother used to wear. That scent will fill your whole house when you steep this tea, and that's not necessarily a good thing. What's worse is that it tastes exactly like it smells. Maybe my taste isn't sophisticated enough, but I don't understand the appeal.
