For the Jin Jun Mei black tea lover, this is as good as it gets. This competition grade tea is made from pure buds and is processed in several stages to perfection.
This tea is thick and luscious, brewing to a strong and malty cup. But its surprises are in its finish as it rounds out to a pleasing chocolatey sweetness that lingers. We recommend a shorter brewing time, but enjoy it through multiple steeps.
