This green tea is quite famous in China, even making it to their top ten list, with a history of more than 2300 years! Harvested in mid spring, it has a classic green tea profile with green grass notes and an underlying sweetness, with that delicious umami finish we’ve come to love in Chinese green teas. Be sure to steep it at the correct temperature so its leaves don’t burn.
